Arezzo Jewelers believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If your item for any reason, is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a full, no questions asked refund or exchange. The item must be in new, unused, unworn and unaltered condition. Custom designed and engraved items are non-returnable; however, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.

Shipping All orders are eligible for free first class shipping. Expedited shipping is avaialble (2-day) for $10 for items under $100, and free for items over $100.
